Discover How to Live and Feel Better
The WVU Extension Family Nutrition Program (FNP) is a community based nutrition education program that encourages limited resource consumers to choose and prepare healthy, safe, and affordable foods.
FNP can help adults:
- Save money on groceries
- Learn fast & easy family recipes
- Keep the kitchen safe & healthy
FNP can help children learn:
- Ways to choose good and healthy foods
- Importance of physical activity
- How to pick a better snack
Our Berkeley Country Nutrition Outreach Instructors are Karin Kozlowski – Adult Lessons (pictured above), and Jill Speelman – Youth Lessons (shown at right).
